The Technological University of the Philippines (TUP) Manila Campus extends its sincere congratulations to the 138 out of 185 licensing examinees who successfully passed the April 2024 Registered Electrical Engineers (REE) and Registered Master Electricians (RME) Licensure Examinations. The remarkable accomplishment is a testament to the diligent efforts and unwavering commitment of the faculty of the Electrical Engineering Department led by its Head, Asst. Prof. Engr. Roel M. Mendoza, and the students' organization, the TUP Electrical Engineering Society (TUP-EES) at TUP Manila.
 

The REE licensure examination achieved an impressive pass rate of 74.59%, and ENGR. KENNETH D. DE LUNA secured the 9th position among the top performers. The RME licensure examination achieved an impressive passing percentage of 80.00%, and ENGR. ALDRIN E. ALINDOG secured the 8th position among the top performers.

The Electrical Engineering Department at TUP Manila is consistently achieving academic excellence and making history by delivering three consecutive topnotchers in the board exams. This trend originated with ENGR. RYAN B. ESCORPION, who achieved the 5th position in the April 2023 Registered Electrical Engineer examination. Next, ENGR. PRINCE IAN F. CRUZ secured the second position in the September 2023 Registered Electrical Engineer examination and demonstrated exceptional performance in the September 2023 Registered Master Electrician examination. ENGR. KENNETH D. DE LUNA has achieved the 9th rank in the April 2024 Registered Electrical Engineer examination, adding to the ongoing success streak.
