TUP Cavite's R&E Forum sparks collaboration for innovation, community impact

The Technological University of the Philippines Cavite (TUP Cavite) held a highly successful Research & Extension Forum on June 7, 2024, bringing together faculty, alumni, student leaders, and TUP Cavite officials in a collaborative effort to advance research and strengthen community engagement.
 

Organized by TUPC Research and Extension, the forum served as a critical platform for aligning the university's research and extension agenda and manuals with the broader TUP system's goals. Participants engaged in dynamic discussions and information sharing, laying the groundwork for impactful research projects that address real-world challenges and contribute to the community's well-being.

Key outcomes of the forum included:

Distinguished speakers, including Dr. Francisco Esponilla II (URDS Director), Engr. Benedicto Fortaleza (UES Director), Engr. Hero De Guzman (ITSO/TLO Director & TUP CITE Head) and Dr. Hasmin T. Ignacio (Vice-President for Research and Extension) shared their expertise and provided valuable guidance to the participants. Extension Heads of TUP Manila also contributed their insights, enriching the discussions with diverse perspectives.
