Office of the University Registrar

The Office of the University Registrar (OUR), with administrative and academic functions, is an inherent and integral part of the institution. The University Registrar is a member of the recommending bodies of the University: The Administrative Council and the Academic Council. The OUR serves as the primary custodian of the school records of all students and alumni. It administers operations in the areas of enrolment, load requirements, credits earned, subject sequence, promotion, graduation, transfer, suspension and the dismissal of students. It is located at the ground floor of the College of Arts and Science building (behind the University Library).
