Qualifications:

• With a degree of BSME from reputable institution
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer
• Preferably with earned units in a master's degree in mechanical engineering but a degree in MSME,
• M. Engg., or PME is a plus
• With teaching experience

Skills:

• Effective communication skills in both written and verbal.
• Excellent skills in dealing with both internal and external office clients.
• Computer/Microsoft Proficient
• Willing to work in a team environment
• Willing to learn and upgrade knowledge and skills
• Can work with minimal supervision
• Preferably has excellent coordinating skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Shall teach academic subjects that are aligned with his/her field of specialization
• Shall conduct research and extension activities in the area of specialization
• Spearheaded the preparation of training packages and the conduct of special/advanced trainings and other related activities.
• Shall participate in all activities at the department, college, and university level like joining plant tours/visits, supervised training, accreditation, conferences and seminars, and the like
