Qualifications:

• A licensed engineer in any of the following fields of specialization: civil, electrical, electronics, mechanical
• Preferably with a master's degree or currently enrolled in any aligned graduate programs
• With at least one (1) year relevant experience in the academe as a faculty member and/or have one (1) year relevant industry experience.
• Must have a keen interest in conducting research and training activities.
• Must have specialized knowledge in his area of expertise.
• Must have skills in technical writing, data collection and have good oral and written communication skills
• Must be willing to learn and study new emerging technologies

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Shall teach academic subjects that are aligned with his/her field of specialization
• Shall conduct research and extension activities in the area of specialization
• Shall spearhead the preparation of training packages and the conduct of special/advanced trainings and other related activities.
• Shall evaluate programs, projects, activities, and overall performance of the department and come up with relevant, constructive, and innovative plans and ideas for the continuous growth and development of the IRTC in particular and TUP in general.
• Shall assume other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by higher authorities
• Shall supervise directly the maintenance and repair of the assigned resources and workplaces.
