The Office of the Planning Development and Information System (OPDIS) conducted the 1st University Forum last March 31, 2016.

The said forum is a required activity in the newly approved Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS) calendar which is every first quarter of the year.

Highlighted in the event were sectoral presentations of the previous year accomplishments along with the significant programs and projects for the ensuing year. The event also included the cascading of institutional General Appropriations Act (GAA) targets per Major Final Output (MFO) by the President, Dr. Adora S. Pili to sector heads. These targets are expected to be translated into specific tasks or activities by sector heads and then cascaded to their respective delivery units.

The Forum would replace the Annual Presentation of Accomplishments and Review of Plans and Programs (APARPP) that the University normally conducts for the same purpose.
